The JGF Program

 Accountability: People are more likely to let themselves down than let someone else down. The JGF program includes continuous motivation, accountability and plenty of one-one meeting time to ensure success.

 

Functional Exercise: As the demands of everyday life require s a lot of us, a core foundation of the JGF program is to prepare the body as adequately as possible to meet these demands through movement based, real life replicating, whole body training.

 

Healthy diet: By following a low calorie, low sugar, balanced, and  largely vegetarian diet coupled with copious amounts of fresh filtered water, our clients look and feel better within weeks of beginning our program.
